Working With Buyers Module 5Students learn how to support the REALTOR® in turning a prospect into a client. This includes preparing for a buyer’s appointment, organizing appointments for showings, and scribing sales documents for the REALTOR®. Students also learn about forms, clauses and phrases and managing the transaction for the REALTOR®, brokerage, and client.
*Professional Real Estate Assistant/Administrator Competency Training is a prerequisite to all individual part time studies modules.
