PRA™ Training has been developed in response to industry needs and our goal is to provide real estate assistants with the knowledge, expertise and tools to work for a wide-range of real estate professionals including brokerages, property managers and REALTORS®. Currently no formal training program exists, there are no networking opportunities for assistants and there is a lack of professional recognition of the value of real estate assistants.

PRA™ Training provides licensed REALTORS® with highly skilled assistants and it provides assistants with the knowledge and expertise they need to further their own careers and the careers of the licensees for whom they work. The result is better long term career potential and better business success for everyone involved.
